I have always taken a documentarian approach to photography, with my intention being to capture people, places, and things as authentically as possible. I am not always interested in what is objectively beautiful, but the things we might have to look at more intently to see the beauty behind. I bring my camera with me to explore the human condition and to document the places and things that we inevitably imprint on as humans. This is a representation of my interaction with the world around me, with some of those instances being grandiose, and some being a small blip in time. My intention is to bring the essence of being alive into my work, with the idea that there is something much bigger than all of us at play. The collections below feature both 35mm and 120 film, many of which were developed and scanned by me.
